Engr. Libertad started with ESC in November 2021 after four years of work experience from his own private practice and the academe. He is a GEODETIC ENGINEER with expert skill proficiency in the use of Geodetic Total Stations, intermediate skills in RTK (Real-Time Kinematics), and beginner skills in flying Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drones). His data processing skills using AUTOCAD and Civil3D are advanced and he is currently enhancing his skills in the use of Trimble Business Center.

During his employment with ESC, Engr. Libertad has independently supervised various survey teams in conducting Relocation, Topographic, Subdivision, Creek and River Surveys in the different towns and cities of Negros, NCR, Pampanga, Bulacan, Laguna and Cagayan De Oro.

Engr. Libertad has greatly contributed to the company using his previous field experience and continues to enhance his geodetic competency using different kinds of surveying equipment and data processing software as he takes on bigger and more challenging projects in the company.

Engr. Libertad graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geodetic Engineering at the Negros Oriental State University in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental in 2017 and passed the Geodetic Engineer Licensure Exam in October 2017. He is an active member of the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines (GEP).
