Engr. Equipaje is a young, dynamic and technology-driven Engineering Professional with over 21 years of experience in Geodesy, Land Surveying, CAD (Computer Aided Design) operation and GIS (Geographic Information Systems). He is highly skilled in the use of Geodetic Total Stations, RTK GPS GNSS ROVER and BASE units, SURVEYOR’S LEVEL, UAVs and Digital Echo Sounders. For data processing, he has expert skill proficiency in the use of Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD, Civil3D applications.
In 2008, Engr. Equipaje founded the surveying firm EQUIPAJE SURVEYORS & CONTRACTORS (ESC), which specializes in Relocation, Topographic, As-built, Subdivision, Consolidation, Parcellary and Engineering Surveys as well as Aerial Surveys (with the use of UAVs) and Hydrographic Surveys (with the use of Digital Echosounders). Engr. Equipaje’s leadership, technical expertise and strong enterprising mindset has driven the exponential growth of the company which now operates nationwide, simultaneously deploying numerous survey teams in multiple project sites around the Philippines.
Engr. Equipaje earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Geodetic Engineering from the University of the Philippines, Diliman in 2002 and obtained his Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) license in February of 2003. He also earned units in Masters of Public Administration (Spatial Information Management Program) from UP Diliman for school year 2005-2006. He is an active member of the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines (GEP).
