Engr. De La Cruz’ employment with the company started in April 2018 and he has fast tracked his professional career since then. Currently leading the Technical Team as the OPERATIONS MANAGER of ESC, he manages the daily surveying activities of all field personnel and oversees the processing of data by the CAD personnel in the office. He also collaborates with clients to ensure that their surveying requirements are met and supervises the mobilization and deployment of survey teams to different project sites. 

Engr. De La Cruz’ strength is in his intellectual and analytical abilities, which he applies in operating different kinds of surveying equipment, processing survey data and preparing survey reports. He has quickly developed his technical capabilities and now possesses intermediate skills in using Digital Echo Sounders and UAVs (Drones) and expert proficiency in Geodetic Total Stations, RTK (Real-Time Kinetic), data processing and reporting.

Engr. De La Cruz’ extensive field experience in conducting different types of surveys such as Relocation, Subdivision, Topographic, Bathymetric, Profile and Cross-Section Surveys in various places such as in Negros, Pampanga, Tarlac, Davao, Bohol and Batangas, has significantly contributed to his geodetic expertise. He is now enhancing his leadership competency as he continues to lead a growing number of diverse individuals in the company.

Engr. De La Cruz graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geodetic Engineering at the Negros Oriental State University in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental in 2017 and passed the Geodetic Engineer Licensure Exam in October 2017. He is an active member of the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines (GEP).
